To start a reschedule or cancellation of appointment, you can contact us at bridgeaccting@hotmail.com and provide with your booking details.

Reschedule Appointment

To reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 14 days before your session begins. Contact us to discuss alternative available dates. There is no fee for rescheduling if the request is made 14 days prior to the session start. However, a $20 administration fee will be charged for rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the session start.

Cancellation Appointment and Refunds

To cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 14 days prior to the start of your session, which will incur a $20 administration fee. If the notice is received within 14 days of the session start date, you will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
